Mitchell was so great and upfront about what he felt would be adequate in the number of men and hours it would take to move our office. He was absolutely spot on! When his crew showed up to move us, they laughed with each other all day and truly did have happy demeanors and smiles. They were productive and made sure that every trip out to the truck involved carrying something out there. We had a challenge with some of our furniture potentially not going back together very well due to some retro fitting we had done- Mitchell's team took it in stride and understood that things were going to be wonky and made sure to ask questions along the way. His team leader, Jace, really cared that the job was done right and well. He kept the group on task, delegated when needed, and made sure that everything was complete. The owner Mitch is one awesome guy who is very professional and ALWAYS makes sure you're taken care of and extremely easy to work with. Each one of the crew are extremely kind and personable and very hard working. I've dealt with other moving companies, and you can tell they don't care and don't want to be there. So, any time you ask a question or have a concern it feels like you're bothering them like you're only adding extra work. These guys (All Smiles) are the complete opposite, and they actually ask YOU if they can help YOU with whatever. They also actually care about treating your stuff with respect and are very careful with every item and never just threw anything down like a bag of garbage and everything was gently placed and protected. I also love how they made extra sure the pickup was 100% done before heading to the drop off. Same thing before leaving to their next job. They double checked that I was satisfied before they left and a few things were missed (That was my fault) and I said I can get it no problem, and they said no we got it and literally ran to the stuff picked it up and got it done, it was incredible! 5 stars no question, you know they're awesome when you grab a box to help but feel like you're only holding them back and are in the way because they're so efficient haha (not that they made me feel that way that was me telling myself that) I've used them 3 times now and will only use them in the future they've made that great of an impression every single time.
